Employees have a drive to bond and are motivated to fulfill the goals of groups they identify with and belong to. Employees are able to perform more enriched jobs in team settings, where the task is too complex for individuals to perform alone.

- Try not to give a critical opinion in front of others. That can make hurt felling and drop employee motivation. It is more wisely if you give them warning privately.
- Make intimate relationship, try “management by walking around”, develop your sense of humor and learn not too serious. That appreciation can make employee enthusiastic for work. Motivation takes place when people are happy.
